Rockhill Manor is a private, supportive campus designed for calm and connection, featuring welcoming common areas, comfortable gathering spaces, and an accessible courtyard that brings nature into daily life.
We believe residents deserve to belong as neighbors in their city.
Rockhill Manor is located in Southmoreland, a historic and walkable Kansas City neighborhood with easy access to museums, parks, and the Country Club Plaza – so community, culture, and everyday outings feel within reach.
We believe residents deserve to be treated as people, not patients. We listen first, speak with respect, and honor each resident’s choices, feelings, and story.
We believe residents deserve independence with support, not control. Structure exists to create confidence and agency, with help nearby when it’s needed.
Helping aid over 500 patients and residents every year.
We believe residents deserve stability through consistent care and routine. Predictability builds trust so life can settle and progress can happen one day at a time.
We believe residents deserve a place to call home. A community where everyone has a seat, where small wins are noticed, celebrated, and built upon.
We specialize in long-term supportive living for adults whose mental health needs make fully independent housing difficult—but who deserve more than an institutional setting.
A stable daily rhythm, clear expectations, and protective oversight help residents feel secure, reduce disruption, and build trust over time.
Caregivers and case managers often carry the weight for years. We offer a steady partner with clear communication, consistent support, and a home that prioritizes dignity.
On-site pharmacy services that support medication consistency and coordination, reducing barriers and simplifying day-to-day care.

From compassionate care to heartfelt connections, their stories reflect the trust and comfort we strive to provide every day.
After my father’s surgery, we were overwhelmed and unsure how to manage his recovery at home. The nurse from your team was a godsend -so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made sure he was comfortable, managed his medications, and even helped lift his spirits.
